Worst dealership experience in 40 years of only buying Toyota ! Tires were rotten, truck was not road worthy condition? 15 year old tires with obvious unsafe conditions evident from the rotten rubber ? Sh Toyota ! Service department was unwilling to address issues even if we paid for the repairs? Many problems with title ? General manager would not return our calls for help ? Unbelievable! More

From sales to financing to service we had a wonderful experience at this Heiser Toyota. Darrin was very responsive and pleasant during the entire process. I am 100 miles away from this dealership, so D experience at this Heiser Toyota. Darrin was very responsive and pleasant during the entire process. I am 100 miles away from this dealership, so Darrin's willingness to very quickly send me detailed photos and a video of the vehicle I was interested was critical. The service department was willing to run a complete Toyota service history on this vehicle and financing was wonderful -- absolutely no high pressure sales. I would be willing to buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat. Well done to all at Heiser Toyota! More
