Great experience from start to finish I first was in contact with this dealer through the Costco Auto Program. The car I wanted ('14 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid) was not on their lot but I first was in contact with this dealer through the Costco Auto Program. The car I wanted ('14 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid) was not on their lot but I had found one that met my needs that was in Pueblo. So I started negotiations with Andy after he told me he could have that car picked up and brought to their dealership for me. We met on a more than fair price on the new car and a decent price on the trade and accomplished the whole deal through talking and emailing. I picked up the car a couple days later and had a good experience with Patrick in finance (even though the wait was a lot longer than I had time for that day). I also dealt with the service department to get some splash guards installed and they were also great to deal with as well! I've bought quite a few cars in my lifetime and this experience goes down as one of the smoothest and best ever. Thanks Phil Long Ford! More

Chai and Steve came up with right numbers to make the deal that I needed to get my New F150 SuperCab. It was a fast and easy deal. Patrick was good to work with in finace, he was fast in geting the banki deal that I needed to get my New F150 SuperCab. It was a fast and easy deal. I am looking forword to Greg and team taking care of my F150 when putting the extas on the truck that we want. I am hoping that this F150 gives me the long life that the older Dodge trucks gave me, I am not happy with the poor quality that we have on the 2009 Dodge we also have. The people of Phil long ford in Denver Co were extra helpful with all of our vehicle wants and needs of the new car purchase that we did. We were un happy the the car we had and wanted to get into a 4x4 SUV, Tim bottoms went out of his way to find out everything that we wanted in a new car and spent the time to locate what we wanted in it as well as spend the extra time explaning all the options we had prior to going to deal with Patrick in Finance. Patrick took the time that was needed to go over everthing and get us finaced with the loan structure that we wanted and the payments that we were happy with. Over all I would refer anyone that was looking for a vehicle to go and see Tim at Phil long to get the quaility and the vehicle and the knowledge that he brings with him. Patrick adds to this knowledge by knowing the needs of the banks and also the wants of his customers. this was as easy as I have ever had to purchase a vehicle, and we have bought more than our share thru the years.
