We were shopping for a good used Cross-over type vehicle to replace our van, and Randolph spent the time with us to look at what was available and answer all of our questions and concerns, even though we were running after hours before getting very far into the process. He did not pressure me instead gave me the best rate and payment right off the start didn't have to haggle. Given my poor credit I didn't think I could drive home in a new truck the payment was more than I wanted but he did his best. The thing that stood out about Randolph was he told me he didn't just sell me a truck and I was his customer Had an issue with the detail shop and he took care it also got home and discovered a blown speaker called Randolph he contacted me today with a service appointment to fix it.so hopefully that goes well. If you need a good salesman ask for Randolph Patrick in finance was also great More
