Phil Long Ford Car Buying Experience We had a very positive experience at Phil Long Ford from the minute we encountered our sales representative Nameer til we drove off of the lot that af We had a very positive experience at Phil Long Ford from the minute we encountered our sales representative Nameer til we drove off of the lot that afternoon in our new 2016 Ford Edge. Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford line of cars and gave us lots of information as to the ins and outs of the models we were looking at. We test drove several models of the Edge and Nameer encouraged us to try different versions of the car until we found the exact one that met our needs. By the time we sat down to talk price, we were secure in what we were buying and excited about our purchase. While Nameer was working out the paper work he bought us lunch at the dealership's cafe where we could talk privately about our impending purchase. We were treated the whole time with great respect and courtesy. We would totally recommend Phjil Long Ford. More

When I took my 06 Jeep Commander to them to see what they could do; i asked to drive a Ford ST. They didn't Hard Sell or Soft Sell me on anything. They just said try this and if you don't like it then that's okay. They would rather me be happy with the car i got, rather than make a quick buck. They actually cared!!! Their pricing was so amazing i was in shock. I only pay $100 more than i did and i have BUMPER 2 BUMPER coverage for 7yrs and GAP insurance throw in complimentary!!! I have never in my life had such amazing customer service in my life when dealing with automobiles than the customer service Steve Rost and his salesmen provided for me. I didn't think it was real because usually car salesmen aren't that amazing...but Steve and his team blew me away. I can honestly say i'll NEVER by anything other than Ford AGAIN...and I'll NEVER buy anywhere else than Phil Long Ford Denver...unless I move to like Russia or Antartica or something... More
