Got my early New Year's gift in time! Me and my hubby came from another Toyota dealership where we were a previous customer but the second time they were not able to work out a deal for me Me and my hubby came from another Toyota dealership where we were a previous customer but the second time they were not able to work out a deal for me and we stayed there almost all day! I was a bit disappointed and so I looked for another dealership online and chose Toyota North Park in SW loop 410. To my surprise, Jesse immediately had called me back and set up an appointment for Dec 31st. When we got to the North Park dealership, Jesse toured us around and the place is marvelous to me and to be quite honest , looks better than the other dealership where we came from. Jesse is very informative, friendly, courteous and took his time to explain the features of the car that I wanted and most of all, helped me get to the numbers that I wanted. I also respect Mr Lancaster's honesty and being straight-forward and no non- sense attitude about the financing aspects. All in all, me and my husband felt we were valued as a customer that day and I got the car that I wanted in time before Toyotathon was over! Great experience ! Will recommend to my friends ! More

I would recommend North Park Toyota to my friends and family. The dealership was very transparent on pricing. Once we picked a vehicle on the lot to negotiate on we were completely finished and out the door with the new truck in 2 hours time. I have bought many vehicles from various Khalig dealerships around San Antonio over the last 30 years. The Tacoma is the first vehicle I have purchased at this location. Once you can figure out how to get off the freeway and into the dealership, the experience is 5*. More

Service to Sales I went in for an oil change and prior to visit the service department I had looked for any specials online. I noticed the Great rebates being offered I went in for an oil change and prior to visit the service department I had looked for any specials online. I noticed the Great rebates being offered on the RAV4 currently. Justin Pilcher helped me look at a XLE model, I currently owned a LE model. I came home with a XLE. The experience was great! Now just to learn how to work all the new features that I have on the new vehicle. Justin took me through them (twice) :) he was very patient and helpful.
