Not only were they honest, they took their time with me, and answered the millions of questions that I had with them. From the first day walking into the dealership to test drive cars to the day I went to pick up my car that I finally decided on -- they were always available and helpful with whatever I needed. I even got a phone call the day after I picked up the car to see how I was enjoying the car. Not many dealerships, have a follow up phone call, it shows they care and stand behind their product. Mitch and Pat were very helpful while I was deciding on the car I wanted and took their time to go over all of my options. Once I picked up the car, Rich was extremely helpful and organized which made the finance process much smoother. He answered all of my questions as well and took his time explaining my extended warranty options. Before driving off, Mitch explained how everything in the car worked which made me feel confident and comfortable with my new purchase. All three of these guys were very patient throughout the process. Not to mention, they were not pushy whatsoever. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them! More

They were very easy to work with, attentive to my business and responsive to my requests, and they handled things in a professional and extremely capable manner. There was a complication with the delivery of my new Outback where the exterior finish was slightly damaged in transit to the dealer. When they became aware of the situation, they immediately reached out to me to let me know what had happened and, without asking, proactively went to work to find another new car with the same specs for me. I really appreciated all their efforts on my behalf, and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's in the market for a Subaru and looking for a similarly satisfying buying experience. More
