I wanted to update my 2012 V6 Legacy with all the new safety features and sat down with Robyn describing my dream.- a few weeks later she phoned and my car was there, exactly how i described it, an almost impossible miracle. I immediately put a deposit on it and now six days later it is in my garage. Everything about Brewster Subaru is impeccable. The showroom bright, clean and inviting, but the really important assets are the people. I would describe them as having excellent character, noticeably honest, genuinely personable and supportive. Every detail in the paperwork was explained fully, the financing process painless, zillions of questions patiently answered, personal details correct on all legal documents, Robyn and Patrick are simply the best. Robyn test drove the car with me pointing out the safety features and understanding how they work. Today was delivery and we sat in my car for a long time to get me started on this amazing interface and make peace with this virtual boss. Robyn switched keys, transferred plates, linked my last century flip phone, I kept wanting to hug her. Did YOU ever want to hug a used car sales person? Oh and Patrick, I was concerned about linking my garage opener to the car, he sent an amazing Joey to help, there were glitches and they worked together to figure it out. I keep looking in the garage and find tears fogging my glasses, they have given me some amazing gift and I am very appreciative. More

The rest of the Team we had the opportunity to meet and chat with were all as pleasant and knowledgeable. Delivery was smooth and efficient. My wife's 2015 Outback lease was nearing its end and I was looking for a used car for our grandkids. We have purchased or leased at least 5 cars there before and we have always been extremely satisfied with both the sales team and the service department. This time we worked with ("Famous") Fred Fogel, who was really helpful, and easy to deal with. It turned out that he and the sales manager were able to get us a fantastic deal on a loaded new 2017 Outback and they happened to have a used Honda Civic that I think will be a perfect fit as a first car for young drivers. We dealt with Rich Johnson also to handle the finances, and with Patrick and Nelson indirectly. The process was stress free and we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Brewster Subaru without any hesitation. More
