He called and said we need to pay Conor up asap. On 8-11 we arrived after being told several times over the past few days that our car was ready. At 4:30 we arrives. At 4:45 he informed us the tire on our new car was popped unloading on 8-9 but was currently being fixed and would be ready at 5pm. At 5 he left to get the finance guy and didn’t return until 5:30pm and told us he would go check on the car after having to spend more time doing paperwork he never started. At 5;50 he showed back up with the service manager to tell us they never fixed the car because the tire never arriver. Remind you this was two days later and they just ordered it at 4:30pm that day we were there. He tried to make several excuses before I told him to leave. Patrick then tried to tell us to sign the paperwork and they would have it fixed soon. You refused being once you sign the paperwork it’s your car and responsibility if any damage occurred on their lot. He was trying to held his dealership not be responsible for any damage even though we were never allowed to see the car yet. Then he offered to send it home on a donut and we could come back later and service would try to squeeze us in. Like that was really an option. I also refused that. So now we are buy a car from a dealership that truly values its customers and don’t treat them like Patrick did us. This dealership is ran by clowns and it’s employees act the same way. If you call to talk to a manager, they just hang up on you. Never, never do business with them. More

This is the second new car we purchased from this dealership. Both experiences were seamless. The staff is very engaging and genuine. Our original salesman was Luke Lafond. We purchased a 2022 Genesi dealership. Both experiences were seamless. The staff is very engaging and genuine. Our original salesman was Luke Lafond. We purchased a 2022 Genesis G70 and placed a custom order on a 2023 Palisade when they first started placing orders. It took about 5 months for the Palisade to come in. By the time the order came in Luke was no longer working in sales, but passed us on to Patrick and assured that he’d take care of us. Patrick was amazing. Here’s a straight shooter and knows his stuff. We absolutely love the truck and the experience was one to remember. I’d definitely recommend visiting this dealership and I’d also recommend working with Patrick! Until next time brother!!! More

We came up from Louisville for a game and ended up looking at cars and came across this beauty. We called that morning to see if it was available and she was. So boommmmm we drove over and hung out wi looking at cars and came across this beauty. We called that morning to see if it was available and she was. So boommmmm we drove over and hung out with Patrick for many hours because I had so many questions and wanted to drive different trims and fell absolutely in love with the limited!!!!! Patrick was absolutely amazing and such a fun personality. Very personable and very knowledgeable he didn’t pressure us which is so huge for me! He let me make my own decision and listened to me whine about the price try to get a bday discount or family discount and he laughed and had joked right back with me! This was a very enjoyable experience!!!!! More
