Patrick kept me informed every step of the way. I was facing a very large repair bill on my SL550 as the result of an incorrectly installed battery by AAA. My car needed to be towed to Rallye, Patri I was facing a very large repair bill on my SL550 as the result of an incorrectly installed battery by AAA. My car needed to be towed to Rallye, Patrick Ripley my service advisor assured me that the car would be repaired and returned to it's original condition and he kept me informed every step of the way. The car was diagnosed, I was informed of what needed to be replaced and the exact cost, a very expensive lesson learned. If you own a Mercedes, you take it to Rallye, they are the experts, they have the knowledge and ability to repair your car as it should be. More

I have wheel/tire insurance. The tow roadside driver had difficulty removing the wheel and in using a hammer chipped it. Nevertheless, my Rallye rep told me wheel refinishing was declined. I told him to rec difficulty removing the wheel and in using a hammer chipped it. Nevertheless, my Rallye rep told me wheel refinishing was declined. I told him to recheck that wheel. It was then accepted. I had expected that they would be my advocate with insurance, as had been Mercedes Manhattan. My car died within approximately 5 miles after leaving the dealership for a tire change. It was blamed on a belt breaking. Vehicle towed back to dealership. There is now an intermittent squeal. I was told that there is a $185 diagnostic charge to find the squeal. There have been multiple instances of inflated, incorrect diagnoses of sounds in the past. The difference between Manhattan and Rallye in terms of diagnostic and service is tremendous. More

I used Helms Bros in the past and they were not transparent about pricing I leased my second GLS 450 from Evan Marro and he is the best salesman ever. I used Helms Bros in the past and they were not transparent about pricing and the actual lease process took hours. With Even I was out of the dealership with a new car in 15 mins. The pricing process was very transparent and they even gave me all weather mats for free. Evan is a pleasure to work with. More
