I am not pleased with the fact that I paid, in cash, for 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 2 shop , as I was told I had dirt on the bead ( paying each time). I stopped x 7 to fill the tire with air.. when I arrived home, the car was brought back to Cortese, where the problem was resolved. I feel my time, money, and frustration should be compensated for with 2 free oil changes and tire rotations. More

Very, very disappointed with the service. I’ve called four times to schedule my Lincoln for an oil change, etc. My husband and I bought a Lincoln Aviator and leased a Corsairs. Spent a lot of I’ve called four times to schedule my Lincoln for an oil change, etc. My husband and I bought a Lincoln Aviator and leased a Corsairs. Spent a lot of money and very disappointed. Will be contacting the district sales manager to see what can be done. They tout that when you bring your vehicle in for service they’ll clean the inside and outside of your vehicle. We’ve had to ask them to clean our vehicles. Not the top notch service we expected. Wouldn’t recommend them to family or friends. More
