Although I rated 5 stars, and I've purchased 2 Escapes here, and I've been a customer for 9 years, I probably won't be back. At my inspection appointment last Fall, I was told I need something done to my here, and I've been a customer for 9 years, I probably won't be back. At my inspection appointment last Fall, I was told I need something done to my brakes the would cost $500.00 plus. But, I passed the inspection. Told I would be ok if the Winter was mild. I had only 24,000 miles on the car. I asked to speak to the service manager at this oil change appointment on 4/20, but no one spoke to me. I've had no problems with my brakes. More
