The service department is in dire need of help. It is very difficult to call in and actually have someone answer. There seems to be a lot of disorganization right now for very simple tasks. It took them very difficult to call in and actually have someone answer. There seems to be a lot of disorganization right now for very simple tasks. It took them 2 days to do a simple NYS inspection on my truck after they forgot about it in the back for an entire day. Without being able to get through to anyone, it was impossible to call for an update throughout the day which led to having to leave it there overnight. I also noticed some parts were marked up almost double what the Genuine Ford Parts website shows for OEM parts. More
