Paul went out of his way to make sure the car was right before I bought it. There were acouple of minor issues that needed attention he made sure they were addressed. They even let me look at the car up on the rack in the service area. I drove it three times in two days. All of these things reassure the buyer before completing the transaction. I have looked at used cars at dealers where I notice something wrong and they pretend not to see it. That's when I walk out. At this dealership Paul kept in touch with me until every issue was resolved. Even offered to have the headlights polished before picking it up. More
