great I went in to the dealership just to get an idea on what I needed to do to get out of a vehicle I was in. My credit is not very good, but Paul Biermann I went in to the dealership just to get an idea on what I needed to do to get out of a vehicle I was in. My credit is not very good, but Paul Biermann was able to put me in a car I really love with no extra money down and was able to keep to the payments that I a was comfortable with. It was fast and easy and an all around pleasant experience. This is the second car I've bought from Paul. I am a customer for life. More

Great people with which to deal!! My purchasing experience could not have been easier. Got a nice car at a good price with no games. Everything was straight-up as it should be. Delighted with 5 used cars bought here in the last 24 years! Each car was thoroughly checked and in top shape. The one time there was a problem that was missed, they made it right with no questions asked. These Each car was thoroughly checked and in top shape. I did not even consider looking anywhere else for the car I just helped my son purchase. I just called Paul Bierman - told him what I was looking for and he delivered! Annie Thompson and the whole service department are exceptional. The Dean Team truly understands the value of a long-term relationship with the customer! I'll be back! More

Love these guys!!! I love Ballwin Dean Team!! This is my second purchase with them & they have always treated like family. My salesman, Paul Biermann, has kept contact I love Ballwin Dean Team!! This is my second purchase with them & they have always treated like family. My salesman, Paul Biermann, has kept contact with me since my first purchase a few years ago. He has never pressured me or tried to talk me into buying something that I didn't want. As a matter of fact, I had an opportunity to buy at a competitors & receive family pricing.........but came back to Ballwin Dean Team. Paul found what I wanted & didn't try to push current inventory on me. He & his sales manager, Scott Roberts, jumped through many hoops to make this happen. I love my car!!! More importantly, I love the people & the atmosphere of this dealership & service department. Let's talk service department.....these guys/gals are always in a good mood & make your experience an enjoyable one.....not to mention, I always get a loaner car. I highly recommend these guys!! I first considered buying a car from Dean Team of Ballwin because I have used its service department, which is also excellent on all fronts. Dean Team says they strive for a 10 out of 10 customer satisfaction rating and that they consider nine out of 10 a failing grade. They certainly act like they mean it. More

I went to Dean Team to look at the vehicle we eventually purchased because of the vehicle itself. We liked the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase it based on the price. The price was extremely compe purchased because of the vehicle itself. We liked the vehicle and ultimately decided to purchase it based on the price. The price was extremely competitive. ultimately I found out the price was a miss marked when I went into purchase the vehicle, after some arguing back and forth at the dealership they honored their mistake. The fact that I had to argue to get the price I was quoted was disappointing but that was the only disappointment. Service was excellent and staff was extremely friendly and seemed competent Our sales person, Paul Biermann, was very polite, courteous and accommodating and I would work with in the future. I had the opportunity to also work with Phillip Dean who was a polite, personable and what I expect from a management. I recommend working with both of these folks if you find yourself shopping at Dean Team VW. More

I found the car on the internet site, made a phone call inquiring abuot the car - the call was fowarded to Paul. He made arrangments to hold the car until I could get to the dealership.
