No communication. Not one care for customer satisfaction, have reached out to Paul multiple times with no answer. Was misquoted over phone, felt completely over looked Not one care for customer satisfaction, have reached out to Paul multiple times with no answer. Was misquoted over phone, felt completely over looked and shrugged off when arrived at service department. Worst experience I have ever had. Never recieved multi point inspection, was over charged what I was told over phone when I made the appointment, and was told 2 hours, ended up being 4 hours and no one told me!! They didn’t care to communicate time, I asked after 2 hours, how much longer, they said 5 min. 45 MIN LATER was told another 30-45 minutes. I asked to look at something on my windshield they said “no you should be fine” never heard of someone not just taking a glance at it to even say, yeah you should come in another day, or even let me know a price to look at it! I was completely shrugged off. Not sure if this is because I am a young girl, but I pay for my own car and I pay for my own service, and I was very upset when leaving. I have tried to reach out to manager( emails and calls) with no answer. More
