Great no hassle buying experience and great quality car We had a great experience buying at Manly Honda. I had done a lot of research and knew the prices of the Honda Civic including fair, good and great pr We had a great experience buying at Manly Honda. I had done a lot of research and knew the prices of the Honda Civic including fair, good and great price. After talking to Ray on the phone I was given the bottom line great price, no back and forth haggling. Ray was very personable and made the process of buying a car easy. Paul had given me a very generous offer for my trade in as well. A week later I had a problem with my new car. It ended up not being the fault of Manly as my car had been traded to them from another dealer. While installing the license plate frame on the rear trunk lid, they had missed the plastic tabs and sank the screws directly into the sheet metal. I called Ray and within a day he had Bill Petty in service give me a call. Instead of trying to do a patch up job they replaced the entire trunk lid. To my surprise Bill had his technicians replace the trunk lid same day. I was given a loaner car for the day. For my troubles of having a fault trunk lid and for driving long a distance to have the problem fixed, Ray and Paul compensated me for my troubles. As for my car, we absolutely love it. Honda hit a home run with the new re-design of the Civic. So roomy and spacious and plenty of power. It feels like it's the size of a Accord and the Honda Sensing Package and Apple Car Play make driving fun again! I would recommend anyone buy from Manly, and knowing I have more choices with Manly's different manufactures under their belt, I will surely buy from them again. More

Best experience ever Hello Manly Honda Dealership, Back in 2006, I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic from you. Honda had a moon roof installed prior to my taking possession. Hello Manly Honda Dealership, Back in 2006, I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic from you. Honda had a moon roof installed prior to my taking possession. I loved my car! I knew all service appointments would be a positive experience and my car never went anywhere but to you. Then on October 15th the entire moon roof and cover exploded out of the car as I was driving 55 mph down Hwy 12. It was like an explosion and scared the you know what. Why do you need to know this? On October 20th I had an appointment for a recall and my insurance agent suggested I speak with your Sales Manager regarding my car. I had already spent most of that week working with the insurance company and various body shops with no help at all. With no moon roof, there was no way to lock the car or to stay dry. From the moment I entered your facility, I was treated with the up most respect and understanding. Here are the people who deserve a huge shout out: Mandi Sumner - she kept checking on me to be sure I had enough coffee, water and cookies. She also made sure that no one forgot that I was there. Also, she had remembered my name from a visit there the week before. I noticed that she made sure all your waiting customers were well taken care of. She is a wonderful asset to your organization. I have already told my friends about the care and respect shown by her from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. Paul Ciardiello - he listened to what happened and was very honest in at that moment, didn't know what he could do but made sure I knew something would happen to make this right for me. In front of me, he called different people to see about installing a new moon roof and based on changes found it was not possible. He spent a lot of time with me and kept reassuring me that Honda would me this situation right by me and would be done on that day. The determination was Honda would purchase my car for a very fair value and help get me into something I could afford and was very safe. I really appreciated his concern for me. As he had a meeting he had to attend, he passed me off to Sean Lumibo. Paul explained everything to Sean so i would not need to go over everything again. Again Paul is a huge asset. Sean Lumibao - he started off expressing concern for me and my freaky situation. I really appreciated his concern - made me feel really valued and that he was going to figure out what was the very best for me. As I loved my Honda Civic, we only looked at Honda Civics although he did ask if I wanted to look at other models. He showed me some nice used cars, explained what the payment would be. Since most were more than I could comfortably afford, he suggested we use the buy-up program and I lease a 2016 model. He made sure I understood everything regarding a lease. Then he took me out to show what was available. Once he showed me the Blue 2016 Honda Civic, it was all over. Sean spent a very long time explaining all the features which I really appreciated. Then we went back inside for the paperwork process. Sean made the process very painless and was very concerned to be sure I understood and had no questions. Once he finished his part, he took me to the next person. Beejan Roohian - great person! he went over the paperwork, explained how he would get the title transferred, explained what I needed to do such as notify my insurance agent of the change of cars, explained about the license and went out of his way to be sure I totally understood everything regarding the transaction. Requested I bring in my pink slip when I could but within the next several day (took it in today). I have never understood everything regarding a car transaction as I did with Beejan. He had total respect for me and the questions I asked. Today I went back in to provide the pink slip. I was met by a nice lady who escorted me to Beejan. He remembered my name and asked how the car was working. Since I had a few more questions, he contacted Sean who came right up. While I was waiting for Sean, Mandi greeted me by name and let me know she had just taken a fresh batch of cookies out. It was like visiting a very good friend's home. Sean went over all my questions as if he had all the time in the world. Each one of these individuals looked me directly in the eyes, smiled and assured me that everything would be made right before I left. I have already told several of my friends regarding the extremely high level of service I received. I will always recommend Manly Honda as I can not say enough good things about my most recent experience. If this was a number survey, each and every person would receive a 10 to every question. By the way, I am 70 years old so to receive the type of respect I did especially regarding my technical questions was wonderful! I look forward to continued business with Manly Honda. My Civic vs My Accord I was desperate to get out of my 2015 Honda Civic EX. I went to Hansel Honda and they weren't close to meeting my expectation. I left and called Manly I was desperate to get out of my 2015 Honda Civic EX. I went to Hansel Honda and they weren't close to meeting my expectation. I left and called Manly specifically looking for Big Mike. One of my ex friends recommended him to me a while back and I did some research on Hansel and Manly and saw people raving about Big Mike. He knew that I was extremely unhappy with the Civic because of many horrifying reasons. I dealt with three salesmen and one finance manager who didn't want what was best for me (screwed me over) in the past for the last two cars I bought from Manly. After those horrible experiences, I felt like Manly as a whole was out to screw people over. I was wrong because the last time I was at Manly, I encountered genuinely nice people that I didn't get the chance to meet in the past. Big Mike, Paul, Milan, and Cyril went above and beyond their very best to get me into the car that I knew I was going to be in love with and eventually PAY IT OFF. Now, I drive a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L and I can actually consider this car to be my baby. Please whatever you do, go to Big Mike for help! He will take care of you. He's not a selfish guy. He cares about your well being. He'll help get you into a car that you will love for the rest of your car's life. He is NOT pushy. It's your happiness over his commission. To top it off, he has a humorous (professional about it) and sweet personality. Paul, Milan, and Cyril don't treat you as a transaction. They'll treat you as if you're their friend and they actually WANT the best for you. For service, please have Nicholas Hatch help you out! The rest are awesome but Nick always went out of his way for me. More

I believe his name is Dave He dissaperd from his desk leaving me waiting for my car for a long time. The most annoying thing is that i told him about this first time when they told me that he went to his break without asking anyone to follow up with my car's paper work leaving me waiting long time, and he said" ooh I'm so sorry that will never happen again". I was ok great,but again he did the same thing....! The first time that happend did not want to mention anything in a review but happening twice is to much for profesional service I asked for the manager and there was no manager or gral manager available but there was Paul Ciardiello,and he tried his best to solve the problem but still does not make me feel satisfied cos it does not show how they value the time of their customers.
