Dropped off car at 7:30 a.m. and waited all day only to be told at 5:00 p.m. that I would need to come back. Not very helpful to also be told sarcastically that I can drive my unfinished car if I didn't want to come back for it. Suggesting a customer drive a car not suitable for the road isn't exactly a good look for a service advisor. If you can't control your emotions in front of a understandably frustrated customer, you might consider another line of work. If you're looking to get service done at Manly, try one of the female advisors. They seemed to have a great rapport with their customers and appeared to approach their work much like the great people in sales and finance. More
