The staff at Sport Mazda Orlando was extremely accommodating to help me resolve my issues with my used car purchase. Sport Mazda is working in conjunction with the Ford dealer to warranty the repl accommodating to help me resolve my issues with my used car purchase. Sport Mazda is working in conjunction with the Ford dealer to warranty the replacement of the engine on the 2018 Lincoln MKC I have purchased. Hine-sight on this experience would have been a signed contract that this warranty replacement be handled before the purchase being complete. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is lack of competence some of the staff exhibit pre and post processing of this transaction. I was given verbal promises that the issue would be resolved before the purchase and unintelligible reasons for why the car was having mechanical problems, ie.. gas cap and oil change computer reset. Thankfully, the sales manager stepped in to remedy my problems and offered me unlimited use of a loaner car while my Lincoln was being repaired. More

This is my 3rd purchase of a Mazda and the experience with Ashley and Sport Mazda North was by far the easiest and most friendly I have had yet. Ashley helped in any and all ways she could and made my pu with Ashley and Sport Mazda North was by far the easiest and most friendly I have had yet. Ashley helped in any and all ways she could and made my purchasing decision and the whole process so smooth! With all the new technology it makes it so easy for a busy person to look for cars from anywhere while feeling like you are at the dealership. I love the video walk-around and that I am able to text Ashley for any questions I had/have. You are not just purchasing a car here you are buying into a friendly community that are always there for you even after you drive off the lot with your shiny new vehicle. More

I brought my '18 CX-5 into Sport Mazda South for problems related to the timing cover. I've heard timing cover problems are common in the newer CX-5s, so I wasn't too surprised when Paul (one of the best ser related to the timing cover. I've heard timing cover problems are common in the newer CX-5s, so I wasn't too surprised when Paul (one of the best service advisors around) told me that was the problem. He made sure it would be covered under the powertrain warranty and set up a loaner until I would get the car back. He was extremely personable and made a commonly negative experience a whole lot better. A few months after the service I noticed problems like the original symptoms, at this point I moved 4 hours away for school. I brought the car to two local dealerships to have it looked at. I explained to both dealerships it's most likely a timing cover-related problem and that it should be covered under the original powertrain warranty, especially since there are only 50,000 miles on the car. After going back to Naples Mazda to pick the car up they told me they would not do work on the car since it was previously serviced under the powertrain warranty for the same issue. I've never heard of a dealership declining service since it was done previously on the same issue, but alright. Brought the car into Mazda of Fort Myers and they said it "might" be covered under the powertrain warranty. Asked for $277 up-front so "their mechanics could get paid," despite me explaining it is definitely covered under warranty. I declined since I don't have $277 sitting around for something that "might" be covered. The service advisor (can't remember his name since he never introduced himself) left all the plastic sanitary wraps in the car when he gave it back to me. Obviously he didn't care anymore since his mechanics weren't getting paid. Once I got back from the second dealership, I sent an email to the owner and service manager of Sport Mazda South since it was sad the amount of hoops I was having to jump through to get my 4-year-old car serviced for a common issue in the CX-5’s (that was also covered under warranty). Jay and Bob got back to me within 24 hours. After a back and forth explaining the terrible experience I’d had, Bob Suranovich called me the next morning. He agreed it was sad the experience I was having and that he would send a porter down the 4-hour drive with a loaner so his mechanics could work to fix the issue up in Orlando. I’m not the type of person to “Karen” and talk to the manager, but he was one of the sincerest people I’ve gotten to know in the auto industry. Gave me his personal cell number if anything went wrong along the way. The next day his advisor called to get my information for the porter, and the day after that I had a loaner in my driveway and my car was up in Orlando. He kept the car for a few extra days to make sure the problem was fixed so he could test it which I really appreciated. Within a week I had my car back in my driveway, a multiple-month-long issue fixed within a week. The only thing I will say is my car tint has a bubble in it after the service, haven't had any bubbles up until this point but I would rather have my car fixed with a bubble in the tint than nothing at all. All dealerships are not bred the same, most are out there to make money off you. Sport Mazda South is one of the few there to help you, not to make money. More
