This is my 4th vehicle purchased at Sport Mazda, the experience here is always exceptional. From beginning to end the entire process has always on point. The upfront price quote and the financing has al experience here is always exceptional. From beginning to end the entire process has always on point. The upfront price quote and the financing has always been transparent. My daughter Carolyna always wanted an Infiniti Q50. I gave my sales Consultant Mario Howell the task to find it, and it could have not come at a better time (the Timing was Perfect it was my daughter's birthday and her High School Graduation) he always gets me what I want, he's exceptional and I recommend him hands down 100% to all my friends, family and co-workers As always a very satisfied and happy customer. More

Trade-in my faulty car to get another faulty car . The person that check me in after I purchased my Chrysler asked me if I am sure I know how to drive the car. , like I never drove a day in my life.( The person that check me in after I purchased my Chrysler asked me if I am sure I know how to drive the car. , like I never drove a day in my life.( For it to be a transmission issues like I said ). He talks down to me like I do not know what I am talking about and have no knowledge of when something is wrong 😑 . Instead of him listening to my concerns he’s telling me otherwise. Not understanding that previously had issues with all my car. Nataly has been good , the mechanic has understood the issue . I was told they were going to fix it . I’ve bought this car only had it for a few days before now almost my first payment coming up and I don’t have the car paid a certain amount and now car payment is due and haven’t had the car but had the rental so that was good. Only bad experience this time around was at check-in when the guy act like I was a dummy and disregard my concerns. Instead of understanding and not telling me all cars got inspected because now it’s been weeks since my car that is inspected with transmission issues. Maybe they should train him to not state his bad judgment. The stupid question you Sure you know how to drive the car? If you’re not pressing the gas it will jam? Because I look 12 and not 29 years old or I look like I got a peanut brain and just talk to talk. Upset that this is happening for a 3rd time at Mazda understand it’s a used car I have a higher payment no gap newer car my old 2007 had gab and this car 2016 can’t get gab because of the amount of money being charged to me so that sucks. At this point I might as well get donated a car with all these problems instead of a new high payment . More

Called last minute about radio not wirelessly connecting to Apple CarPlay. They added to my service, looked over my car and did an update. Now it works. I recently visited Sports Mazda for a regular service on my MX five. I was greeted by Paul before I had a chance to enter the building. He was very cordial and remembered me from my last visit when I purcha my MX five. I was greeted by Paul before I had a chance to enter the building. He was very cordial and remembered me from my last visit when I purchased a CX nine for my wife during a service appointment for her CX five. Paul is an exceptional human being who pays much attention to detail and explains all aspects of service and cost. He was trained by Stephen who is typically the one who I see. It is this type of customer service that makes me always want to continue to do business with them! Keep up the great work ! More
