Paul Dackow - the Man Ken noticed us whilst browsing in the Showroom looking at CLexus cars. He came over and that started the whole process. We were there to service our 2 Ken noticed us whilst browsing in the Showroom looking at CLexus cars. He came over and that started the whole process. We were there to service our 2013 ES300h as planned. After the test drive of the RX we were taken to Paul who was going to crunch so numbers. Ken and Paul are both very courteous and listens very carefully. Paul knew that our interest in the RX wasn't too hot and when I told him about a prior visit to look at a newer ES300h some months ago, he immediately got us interested. After a few offers and counter offers, the deal was closed. Of course, Paul explained the new features of this model and demonstrated how to operate them. What a guy ! He was very thorough especially during the very hot summer weather, he kept on going. Lexus of Henderson Management - you are very fortunate to have a man like Paul Dackow working for you. He is excellent in understanding and listening to customers needs and wishes and comes up with the answers and solutions both benefitting the dealership and customer. More

I'm the HAPPIEST car owner on the planet!!! Everything that Paul Dackow told me about my car buying experience with Lexus was EXACTLY what I was promised and MORE! He was so kind, patient, and Everything that Paul Dackow told me about my car buying experience with Lexus was EXACTLY what I was promised and MORE! He was so kind, patient, and above all HONEST with me and my husband. We had actually gone to contract at Ford Country on a new 2019 Edge Titanium, bu of course, the dealership lied to us about the numbers, the service plan, and of course wanted to sell us an extended warranty for 4 years 100,000 miles for an extra $4400. We told them, if the numbers were even remotely close... that there was NO comparison.. We would go with the Lexus. The BEST car buying experience I've had in my entire lifetime... (20 plus vehicles)... and I'm no doubt going to be a LEXUS customer FOREVER! More

decided on a Lexus to fulfill need for a luxury midsize suv Viewed/drove Lexus, Ford, BMW, AUDI, Lincoln Nautilus, JEEP, Mercedes, Infinity and Acura. We live out of the area and after deciding on the final th Viewed/drove Lexus, Ford, BMW, AUDI, Lincoln Nautilus, JEEP, Mercedes, Infinity and Acura. We live out of the area and after deciding on the final three which included the Lincoln and BMW we eliminated the BMW as they had no warranty service provider within 100 miles. We were told that the local Toyota dealer that had Lexus Certified mechanics could provide warranty service on the Lexus which we decided to purchase. Two days after the purchase I decided to verify with our local Toyota dealer that they could in fact provide any warranty service needed for our Lexus. I was told they in fact could not provide that service. I contacted Thomas in finance who we had received that confirmation from and he worked hard to find an amicable solution. My only issue was incorrect negative comments from Paul Dackow towards the Lincoln Nautilus we had driven twice and researched to try and sway our decision. If it is Lexus policy to make such negative comments about their competition they need to know their facts as it is not appreciated and insults the buyer's intelligence. More
