Our sales rep Paul Dackow was great in helping with the loan docs and holding the vehicle for about a week until our loan was ready. Haven't had time and opportunity to drive the car much, but its great so far. I wish I could go there for servicing. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used vehicle. So as we pulled into Lexus of Henderson at 5:40 they were locking up to close at 6:00 PM (on a Monday, who knew). That's all right says Paul Dackow, we'll get you outta here pretty quick. And yes he did too. We were out the door and driving our gently used beautiful Cadillac home by about 7:30. This was a car that I'd found on the internet, it's what we were looking for and Paul saw to it that we got this car as advertised. Thank you Lexus of Henderson. More
