Bob Ferrando Ford will not be getting my buisness anymore. They are still marking up their vehicles well over sticker price while others like champion ford are not. They do not even tell you up front, they get you close to the monthly payment you want with little explanation of what you are paying for. I was decived, what feels like intentionally, by not seeing the full price of the vehicle untill i was signing papers. I will be advising others to stay away from this dealership at all cost. More

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was very nice. It wasn’t until I got into the truck I just purchased to go home and realized that I only was given one quarter of a tank of The staff was very nice. I would have thought that a 36,000 dollar purchase would qualify you for a full tank or perhaps the gas could have been built into the 549 dollar fee that no one explained why I had to pay. More
