Paul Dillard saved the day. We had called the night before to ask about a vehicle we found on line. The person we spoke with said they still had the vehicle and to come in the ne We had called the night before to ask about a vehicle we found on line. The person we spoke with said they still had the vehicle and to come in the next morning and they would take care of us. We arrived at the dealership the next morning and neither the person we spoke with nor the vehicle we wanted was there. Paul asked if he could help and we explained which vehicle we were there to see. He said he would bring it up front for us. After a few minutes, he came back and told us the vehicle had been moved to their Shelbyville location and was on its way back to Gallatin. There was another vehicle of the same make, model and year on the lot and Paul brought it around for us to drive. We took a short test drive and were impressed with the room and features. When the vehicle we had come to see came in, we test drove it. We loved the car and Paul was very helpful answering all our questions and never putting any pressure on us to make a purchase. We purchased the vehicle and it was the best car buying experience I have had. I would not only buy from Paul again but would recommend anyone looking for a new Nissan or any good used vehicle go talk to Paul before making a purchase. More

Within minutes of my conversation with Paul, I realized that he was very genuine about helping me find what best suited my wants and needs without being pushy, like many experiences I've had in the past. He was very honest about each car we discussed, and he was willing to share his own advice and opinions with me. Not once did I feel like he just wanted to "get a sell." He truly wanted me to be happy and feel comfortable with my purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure my transaction was fair and easy, and during the process, if he was unavailable, he already had other Nissan employees lined up to help me. All of them were also very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend for anyone to go to Newton Nissan in Gallatin for their car buying needs!
