Paul is a real gentlemen. He worked hard to find us a vehicle that fit our criteria and didn't try to upsell us to something more expensive. He was never pushy. The car we came to see was sold just prior to our appointment, so Paul found a similar one still being prepped (not even on the lot yet) for us to look at. AFTER we agreed to purchase the vehicle, Paul noticed some areas that might come a little cleaner with some extra effort and sent it back to the detailer while we processed the paperwork. He improved the car even after he made the sale. That says a lot. More
