STAY AWAY, SHADY. What kind of policy is that? Why was it advertised as a CPO car? Every dealership that I’ve been to, built the cpo warranty into the price of the car. So they price the “cpo” car lower to get people to come in and then tell them it’s actually NOT certified and you have to buy the certification. $1300 CPO warranty and $1800 reconditioning fee??? Boardwalk Honda, BMW AC, BMW Mt Laurel, BMW Turnersville, Audi Turnersville, etc did not charge any of these things…if they they ask you to pay this, leave and go to another Honda dealership, you’ll get a better deal. Lacking in transparency, the negotiation process took way too long (over 3 hours while the salesperson kept checking with their supervisor). The follow up for title paperwork and receipt for valid registrat too long (over 3 hours while the salesperson kept checking with their supervisor). I could not get one straight answer from management, and everyone was quick to pawn me off to another person when I showed up in person to the dealership. The general manager, Amir, said he would email me the paperwork I requested and I still have not received it. I would not recommend the dealership for those reasons. More
