I recently purchased my third car from Honda of Freehold, and it was an amazing experience, thanks to my salesperson, Daryl. This time, I was buying a car for my 17-year-old son, who test-drove several cars and it was an amazing experience, thanks to my salesperson, Daryl. This time, I was buying a car for my 17-year-old son, who test-drove several cars but didn't like any of them. Daryl exhibited incredible patience, reassuring us that it was no problem and asking if we'd like to look at other cars. We spent an entire afternoon test-driving cars until we found the perfect one. At many dealerships, I often feel taken advantage of, but Daryl made us feel in control throughout the entire process. Everything he promised us happened exactly as he said it would. His transparency and genuine care for our satisfaction were evident. I also want to give a shout-out to Mr. Paul Patrick Henry, who was fantastic in helping us close the deal. He ensured that everything went smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend Honda of Freehold for their exceptional service and customer focus. They truly go above and beyond to make their customers feel valued and satisfied. My experience with Daryl and Patrick was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. More

They're unprofessional and uncaring. They leaving bird poop and tree sap on cars. They have a non negotiable $2600 up charge. They call it a performance package but it's actually a bad deal on floor mats,mud flaps and oil changes. The front desk is never there to answer and unknowledgeable on even the most basic things about their cars. She was rude and laughed at me and walked away when I asked how long it would take for them to get me stuff they had forgotten. Then she never came back. They take extra days to do even simple labor. They didn't properly clean my new car when they buffed it before giving it to me. This resulted in scratches in the paint on a car that hadn't left the lot. It took them 2 full days to do a simple car detail on a car they scratched. They didn't care and I had to call them to find out when it was ready. Only for the front desk lady to lie and say I hadn't called so my car wasn't ready and no one was available so I had to wait awhile for someone to help. Don't worry she covered herself and put that she called me first. The man in charge of finance there was sexist and extremely rude to my mother for no reason during our paperwork. He kept referring to her as mommy and girl even when asked to not. He made strange comments and lies about her saving she's never worked hard or at night and has money. This was extremely insulting amd uncalled for. The managers never did anything and whenever we voiced displeasure with our treatment or problems they had caused it was always us that was was the problem and defended their fellow employees instead of fixing the problems they caused. Had I not needed a car I would've gone somewhere else. Out of fear for my car going back there for their forced oil change "deal" kept me from going public with comments and complaints. The bureau of better business should look into their performance packages and how they treat their customers. More

I would consider an alternative dealer. While the sales associate was great, the finance person i feel added additional charges with no basis and did not clearly identify the extra costs.
