It would have been easy for Paul to stick to the script and move me along, but he did not do that. He took a sincere interest in my needs and got me to a place where purchase made sense. He even followed up on the few odd things about getting an electric car to CPO. Could not be happier with my experience at BMW Store. I will buy again when the need arises. More
