Paul Kolleck has taken great care of me over the years and is top notch. Ric Koresky and his team have the whole process down to a science. The paperwork with Conor O'Somachain was seamless and smooth and took just a few minutes. This was my first experience going over all the cool new features with Susan Ward on the pickup day and it was fun and educational. I can honestly say that I will be bringing all my future car buying business to the BMW Store without a second's hesitation. More
