Paul lives in Mason and enjoys biking and spending time with his twin girls. Paul was a student athlete playing football at both University of Dayton and Miami University. BMW M3 Purchase Paul was a great sales rep to work with. He took the time to explain the acquisition process as well as the pros/cons of owning this type of vehicle. Paul was a great sales rep to work with. He took the time to explain the acquisition process as well as the pros/cons of owning this type of vehicle. I appreciated his candor when discussing add-ons/ options for the vehicle as he didn't treat them on a dollars basis but on a technical basis. Paul was also very transparent with the lease vs. buy option and didn't push whatever internal objective he might have had, but instead let me make the decision for myself. More

Excellent A few days ago, I walked into The BMW Store in Cincinnati to ask some questions about the lease-end process for my 2015 428i convertible, which was A few days ago, I walked into The BMW Store in Cincinnati to ask some questions about the lease-end process for my 2015 428i convertible, which was originally leased at that dealership; and drove-off later in the day with a newly leased 2018 M4. It had been my intention to exchange BMW's at the Tucson dealership, as I now live there 9 months of the year; however, that choice was changed by the team at The BMW store, including sales, genius, lease manager, finance manager and General Manager. Individually and collectively, they cleared up some misunderstanding I had about the process and made a fair offer for me to lease a beautiful, fully-loaded M4 in the showroom. In particular, Paul Kolleck proactively addressed all my questions/concerns and found the right car to meet.exceed my needs. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. More
