Paul Lai helped me to pick the car, guided me through the process and gave me a good price. Also, there were quite a few unexpected difficulties as I did not have my residency in the US. But through the help of him and his colleagues at the dealership, I was able to pick my car only a few days after coming to Princeton. The choice of the car was excellent. It has all the options I need and no more. Excellent service and car. At the day of pick-up, Robert Lisi spent more than half an hour with explaining all the details of the car. It has so many new features that this was very helpful and helps me to use them effectively. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. More
