Lenny should be fired. Paul was great Put a $500 deposit on a truck while dealing with Lenny on Tuesday. Never told me about the 24 hour hold. I said I'd be back up On Friday, and he assur Put a $500 deposit on a truck while dealing with Lenny on Tuesday. Never told me about the 24 hour hold. I said I'd be back up On Friday, and he assured me that it would be there. We shook hands had an agreement and everything.I ended up coming back up Thursday and the truck was sold. He lied to my face and sold the truck from under me. Paul was who dealt with me when i came up Thursday, he did great picking up the pieces and dealing with the mess lenny left. He was awesome with helping me find another truck. If it wasn't for Lenny this would've been a great review. More

General maintenance leads to expensive problems After leaving service center for general maintenance my ac. motor blower started making noises. I brought the truck back two days later and they said After leaving service center for general maintenance my ac. motor blower started making noises. I brought the truck back two days later and they said it’s not their problem/fault. After reading online about the problem it seems fairly common that when a cabin filter is replaced debris can call into the motor blower and ruin it. They want to charge me 350+ to fix it. Terrible service will not go back there. More
