Cars are really expensive, and its true its best not to trade in a car if you can sell it to a private person. That said my experience was really good talking to them about a car, Paul and Ross were rea trade in a car if you can sell it to a private person. Fair, responsive, respectful. They did everything they said they would. I did the entire transaction from outside the state of NY and still received excellent customer service.
