This three stars is an average between what it took to get an appointment, which would be a one-star and my experience once I had an appointment. This was the recurrence of a problem that had supposedly get an appointment, which would be a one-star and my experience once I had an appointment. This was the recurrence of a problem that had supposedly been fixed twice before. I called for an appointment on a Tuesday and explained that I lived an hour away and would need transportation. I spoke with someone who said they understood, would speak with the service manager and get back to me. When I didn't hear by Thursday, I called and was told that that person had gone on vacation. (He should have told me that rather than that he was going to get back to me.) So I called again and asked for the manager. It took a day or so for him to get back to me and we then traded phone calls. Finally, David took over the case and once David was on the case, everything was five stars. He arranged for pickup of the vehicle in time for the monthly visit of the service rep, kept in communication with me during the time it was in, got it fixed (so far so good, anyway) and had it delivered back to me. Transportation guys were excellent and communicated well. So one star on the front end, five on the back end equals three stars. More
