I had a good experience with my car salesman. He was kind, patient, and helpful, and I enjoyed working with him. My experience with the finance representative was unpleasant. He was pushy and condes kind, patient, and helpful, and I enjoyed working with him. My experience with the finance representative was unpleasant. He was pushy and condescending, and he presented too much information too fast. Some of his information conflicted with what the sales staff said regarding the “excellent” Hyundai warranty and sales price versus the need for extended warranties. He was also disrespectful and impolite — using crude language and talking disrespectfully about his colleague(s). He made me feel uncomfortable, and I do not wish to work with him again. More

I brought my brand new car there because I think the muffler or exhaust is very loud and rattles. They told me there is nothing wrong with it. I’m pretty disappointed. Up and down experience. Came in late Friday evening to look at a Hyundai Kona. Have never owned or shopped Hyundai before. Really liked it and Salesman and Manager worked out a deal with me. I had a plea look at a Hyundai Kona. Have never owned or shopped Hyundai before. Really liked it and Salesman and Manager worked out a deal with me. I had a pleasant experience with them. Since I obtained my own financing, I had to wait until Monday to to get all documents necessary to make purchase. I was handed off to a 2nd salesman and he contacted Monday morning early. Communication became poor and dismissive. Got all necessary paperwork and checks ready by noon Monday. Tried calling to set up a time to pick up vehicle. Called 4 times over 1 hour period. Didn’t pick up so left a message. No call, no update for rest of day. Next morning I called original salesman. He said he would take care of it. Dismissive salesman calls back, “I heard you weren’t happy because of back and forth between us and your bank.” I said,”no, i don’t know where you heard that. I’m unhappy that you stopped communicating with me. I was trying to buy the car and now I don’t have time to pick up the car any longer because of work.” He gave a non-apology apology and said he’s busy doing back-to-back-to-back-to-back sales and that he worked until 8:30 last night. Did not even take a break. There’s nothing he can do to make me happier. If I would’ve financed through Hyundai, it would’ve been faster. I I have bought enough vehicles to know it doesn’t matter who finances. A quick 2 minute call would’ve been nice. He’s now trying to schedule a time for me to pick up the car, but I reminded him that it’s not gonna work. I actually had to suggest they drop off the car. He never even tried that. I’m now doing his job for him. Ok, he’s got two sales to complete then i’m the third. i ask for him to update me because i don’t want to sit around waiting for an update again. I never hear from him again that day. In fact, I never hear from him again in this process. It wasn’t until a third day that someone else called to set up a time for a drop off. I must have really wanted them to have my money. Because I cancelled a different showing at another dealer when they called and ended up buying this car. There’s more; no one ever offered me the discount gas card either. I am now reaching out to dealership to ask how I can get it. We’ll see how that goes. Oh there’s more; 2 days after taking possession of the car, the malfunction light came on. I had to drop car off for them to check, but I was told I might have to pay for diagnostic fee. What?! in the end, the light was turned off because it was a ‘historical’ code. Service guy was pleasant enough and took time to explain things. i didn’t have to pay because of warranty. hmmmmm .. I guess. More

WOW!!! No Hassles! I was greeted the moment I walked through the door by A.K. Abdi. He explained the process clearly and concisely. We test drove a few vehicles that fit my budget and he didn't try to up-sell me. My initial thought was, "what's his angle?" Nope, no hassle. We agreed on a price and he wrote up the paper work and sent it to the Finance Manager. So the Finance Manager (Alex Birch) come s over and I'm thinking "alright, here comes the shell game". Nope, Alex explained everything clearly and didn't try to haggle me on price. I had more issues with my out of state bank then I did the dealership. This is by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Was highly impressed with the staff and the whole process. Would definitely recommend and shop here again if I'm looking for another vehicle. More

Everyone we encountered gave us complete and satisfactory answers to our questions, and if they didn't have the answer, they found someone who did. Great teamwork and collaboration. This was our easiest and friendliest new car buying experience by far - my wife and I did not feel at all like we were just another prospective sales number on the board. I also had a very good experience during my first contact with the service & parts people. Austin took all of my questions & concerns seriously and responded with helpful and satisfactory answers. Likewise, when I asked Erica for a part I needed (which they had on the shelf - how often does that happen?!), she also gave me a couple of great tips and advice. Thanks to all! More
