I received excellent service on my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV!! I was very impressed by the level of service I received from Paul and the rest of the staff at Universal Mitsubishi. I was greeted by Paul and he went through the process for my service and told me it was going to take a couple of hours. Happily it took about 1 hour and a half. Facilities are very comfortable and clean. They offer hot beverages and a nice lounge and work area where customers can sit and wait for their cars. More
