First and for most, This was so unexpected as a Mitsubishi car owner. This was honestly my first worst experience I’ve had at a car dealership at Mitsubishi Universal FOR MANY REASONS! Paul (the ma Mitsubishi car owner. This was honestly my first worst experience I’ve had at a car dealership at Mitsubishi Universal FOR MANY REASONS! Paul (the manager of the dealership kindly offered to give my car a free oil change with other free services as a first time customer at Mitsubishi Dealership so I couldn’t say no to that. And so, I’ve brought my car in to get the oil change, once my car was serviced and good to go, Paul gave me permission to leave, as I was leaving the dealership, my car started to shake more than usual. THAT SAME DAY, I was driving my way to work and my brakes suddenly stopped working at a stoplight. When I gave Paul a call letting him know what’ve happened. He’s instructed that I turn off my car. Then, once i’ve tried restarting my car, It didn’t want to start. MY CAR WAS WORKING JUST FINE BY THE WAY before I got my car serviced with Mitsubishi Universal, it was very odd. I had to get my car towed and send it back to Mitsubishi Universal so they can take a look of what has happened. Paul informed me that my car wouldn’t start due to a heat build up on my engine. HOWEVER, the weather the past few months has been crazy hot and my car was working just fine until I got my car serviced at Mitsubishi Universal!! I have no clue what those mechanics did to my car but this is NOT OKAY, and it almost feels like I have to bring an older mature guy with me that I trust to a car dealership so I don’t get xxxxed over! ON TOP OF THAT, THE CAR SALES GUY NAMED CARLOS that assisted me with car trade options was totally unprofessional. He was talking to me like I was his friend! Carlos and I were just having a casual conversation about our day since I was stuck waiting for 30 minutes for my credit check to come in. Then, he’s mentioned A family barbecue that he was having at his house that day and weirdly invited me. HIS EXACT WORDS WERE, “You’re more than welcome to come if you want to” what type of a sales person talks to a customer like that?! It was very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. Please I beg you to not come to this dealership if you don’t want to get screwed over! THEY BASICALLY GAVE MY CAR A FREE SERVICE TO xxxx UP MY CAR so THEY GET MORE MONEY. EVEN IF THATS HOW DEALERSHIP WORKS, IT IS NEVER OKAY TO MESS UP A CUSTOMERS CAR ON PURPOSE FOR MONEY. Also, as an individual who’s just finished school and currently in debt, this is just more on my plate because my car no longer runs. KEven though, Paul was kind enough to give me a free car rental for a few days, it won’t cover the fact that they messed with me just because I was respectful and nothing but kind to them! I rate this place a -1/10 worst experience of my life and I will most definitely talk to corporate about this to those who are wondering. I will give them all the details myself in person. I understand that Paul and the staff’s job is to lie to their fellow customers so they all get their money BUT this has crossed the line and I do not trust any one of them at this dealership. Also, Paul offered to fix to get my engine block replaced for, “at the lowest” $1200 BUT WAS STILL HIGH PRICE, LETS BE REAL. I have no evidence that they messed up my car but I do know that my car was running just fine before I even brought my car to this dealership. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. More
