Tiki is a great individual who makes your life easier with nice attitude and professional job . I bought a car almost 3 yrs ago, but I am still in contact with that dealer all the time. So glad to find wonderful people at this dealership! I purchased my used car elsewhere and really wasn’t expecting much help or concern upon driving in to get an explanation for “service engineer soon I purchased my used car elsewhere and really wasn’t expecting much help or concern upon driving in to get an explanation for “service engineer soon” light. Drove in on a crowded morning and was greeted by very friendly, smiling, soft spoken, un-rushed and totally professional Armen. I was kind of expecting “no appointment =go away “! Quite the opposite! I was reassured that ASAP that same day I could at least find out the cause of the dreaded, scary “service light”. Such efficient service!! I left at the end of the day with a replaced Oxygen Sensor and a bill for ZERO $ ; covered by m Manufacturer’s Warranty ! AMAZING and UNEXPECTED servic!! I had planned on installing Fog Lights on my new/used car an had totally planned on doing that though an independent mechanic! Because of the excellent service received on my first emergency visit I decided to check out having this done by Universal— I decided to have the work done by the dealership and I am so glad I made that choice == same friendly, efficient, professional service— a job well done, no problems, no delays & no excuses!! Just the same EXCELLENT service— this time provided by service consultant Paul! What a pleasure! This dealership is a pleasure— from 1st drive in emergency experience, all the way through paying the bill for my up-graded optional equipment! Neat, clean, friendly & efficient fro 1st greeting, all the way down to the friendly, cheerful worker who was tidying up the waiting area & emptying trash cans , as well as friendly service from the office help at final check out and bill pay! Just THE very best! More
