I was sad that my local Mitsubishi dealership moved from my area, but once I went to Universal in Duarte, my concerns were quickly dashed. I received great customer service from Paul, who I remembered from my area, but once I went to Universal in Duarte, my concerns were quickly dashed. I received great customer service from Paul, who I remembered from the old dealership in Glendale. My Lancer was attended to quickly, and looked great when I got it back. Not every dealership provides a car wash, so that was awesome. If you're concerned about the drive out to Duarte, I wouldn't be. You'll get excellent service, and in the era of Covid, you will feel safe in their waiting area. More

I have been taking our Montero to Mitsubishi service for almost 20 years! We want to keep the car as long as possible and Mitsubishi Sevice has helped us do so. We now have 297,000 miles on it!
