When the oil service light came on a took it to a local express lube for an oil change, only to find out the the oil drain plug and been stripped and blue sealant placed around the drain plug so either they never changed the oil or their techs damaged it and they went for a hack repair. i did reachout via email and they would not respond with an email as to this issue.
