Service beyond expectation I will start off by saying that I am not an easy customer. This was my first Mercedes Benz in 80 vehicles I have owned. I hVe driven mainly Porsche and Audi over the past 15 years. MBOTW have been exceptional in providing detail of the vehicle and creating a very professional and courteous ambience. My buying experience wa exceptional, and even though the spec which I preferred to order was unavailable, they went out of their way to get me the karts after I took delivery - and at a great price. Well done Erich, my sales person, and a special shoutout to the sales manager Joe and finance director Paula who both followed up with answers to my questions. In 31 years, this is the best service I have experienced!!! More

best buying ever I was taking my family out and on the way to a restaurant we stopped today 10/22/16 to check out GLS450 SUV at Mercedes of the Woodland, and we ended I was taking my family out and on the way to a restaurant we stopped today 10/22/16 to check out GLS450 SUV at Mercedes of the Woodland, and we ended up walking out of the dealers 3hours later with a brand new SUV that is just gorgeous and was a dream car for my wife. The customer experience we had was 2nd to none, Kriss Arbury, Sales Advisor, went above and beyond to accommodate us during the whole time, he was very courteous and nice and it was a real pleasure to do business with. Also Paula Alpha, the Finance Director, is very knowledgeable and professional, she explained to us everything in detail and was very efficient and courteous the whole time. Also when the car was delivered to us we met Anthony Cruz, he did an excellent job explaining to us all the features and gadgets the car has. More
