Our salesman, Kriss Arbury, Our experience at Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands was very satisfactory. The personnel and the facility were first class. Our salesman, Kriss Arbury, was very helpful, accommodating and patient. He and his supervisor stayed with us until 10:30 PM in order to complete the deal on the fine automobile we purchased. This is the fourth Mercedes that we have purchased over the years and it is by far the finest vehicle we have ever owned. We look forward to working with the service department and Kriss to keep our vehicle in top shape and running order for years to come. Terrible service We had a very bad experience with Codyour the used car sales "manager". He was insisting that we purchase the car that first night after we had dr We had a very bad experience with Codyour the used car sales "manager". He was insisting that we purchase the car that first night after we had driven over an hour up to the woodlands. We mentioned that we were going to come back to the dealership the following morning after signing our financial agreement and with our companies mechanic to inspect the vehicle. We were also willing to put down a $12,000 deposit. He mentioned the company required full finances before we could drive out of the lot or he could save the car, however, Paula in financing allowed us drive off the lot the following day with only the $12,000 deposit. Cody made it clear he was not willing to work with us. He wanted us to finance through your dealership at I'm assuming a 4.5% interest rate or so as apposed to the 1.74% rate we agreed upon with our bank that he told me we would not be approved for (but we were). For obvious reasons this was not an option. Cody told me he would not sell the car to us the following day because he already had an agreement with another dealership that would pay him the same amount of $25,500 (this was clearly not a true statement or he would not have held the car). In response to his comment he "held the car twice for us", he actually only held the car once as far as I know. The next day I called several dealerships and could not find the same model of car at the price we wanted. I can assure you if I would have received another fair offer I would have done business with that company because of Cody alone. The next day I called back and Rosario informed me that the car was still available. Rosario was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from and I would recommend her to anyone I know buying a car. It is unfortunate that Cody has ruined this referal to her because she deserves every sale she signes due to her advanced customer service skills and genuine concern to the customers needs. She even offered to pay for the scratched rims out of her pocket to ensure we had complete satisfaction of the sale and with the company. For the reason that Cody had asked Rosario to pay for the rims we will not be returning to repair them. I believe the rim is a defect the company should be paying for themselves before selling any car. At least that is how every other dealership has worked in my experience. I believe we had a misunderstanding and thought that the rims would be repaired during the detailing process. When we signed the "as is" form I was told the vehicle was in detailing in the back where we were lead to believe the rims were being repaired, therefore did not realize the rims had not been repaired when signing the form. These series of events with Cody will effect how we review this company online and in the survey that is coming. We are highly unsatisfied with Cody as a "manager" and will not be returning to this headache of a dealership. More

We were greeted with a friendly receptionist who offered breakfast! We looked at a few of the model cars and then came the salesman Nelson Sioson. Nelson was a very friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable salesman and found the right vehicle for us. This was our first Mercedes purchase and he listen to what we wanted/needed and searched until he matched what was right for us! Very pleasant experience throughout the whole process. Even dealing with the financial person, Paula, wasn't the pressure type of finance person that we were used to dealing with. She actually helped me understand a few of the benefits that was in my favor. This place is one 1st class organization because they make you feel like family! If you need a good deal lookup Nelson! Above and beyond my expectations. I drove different types of vehicles before and also had leased an ML350. I went back and forth for 3 consecutive days and I for frustrated so I went to the next door dealership and for us a Truck. Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands changed that experience into an unforgettable wonderful experience. They were very helpful and attentive. They listened and tried their very best to provide me the best service I could ever get. They made me feel like a million dollar customer even though I am just an ordinary individual that trying to get a vehicle. That makes a lot of difference and I will highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands to everyone. More

Positive experience with this dealership I saw a 2011 E350 convertible on the website of Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands so stopped by to take a look. I really wasn't expecting to make a purc I saw a 2011 E350 convertible on the website of Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands so stopped by to take a look. I really wasn't expecting to make a purchase that day. I had been researching for the last year this model. I was looking for a clean low mileage car in my wife's preferred colors of white, black, or silver. This car only had 12,000 miles and looked very clean. Once I got to the dealership I was very impressed with the car. This is when I met Nick Botusan. He was very professional, not pushy, and answered all my questions. I had a strong notion of what I was willing to pay for the car and as I mentioned above had been researching for some time. They got very close to my # and since the car was so clean and the super low miles I felt this was the car and deal to make. I felt very comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. Nick was great and he helped me surprise my wife by letting me borrow a large bow to place on the hood of the car when she got home. I couldn't get my wife to the dealership for a review of all operations of the car so Nick offered to stop by our house and run through the info with us about a week later. He helped us set up the electronics and things like the garage door and gate openers. I'd say this was over and above his job duties. Lastly, Paula Alpha did a great job taking me thru and explaining the finance process and options available to me. Thanks again for everything, John More
