Upon entering the dealership, I was very impressed. My deal started with Paula and ended with Joe. Paula was very welcoming on my first visit and hind sight, I should have secure the used GLE with her, b deal started with Paula and ended with Joe. Paula was very welcoming on my first visit and hind sight, I should have secure the used GLE with her, but did not to jump into a vehicle without looking at other dealerships. She walked me through several vehicles and options to get my dream car. She called to check on me after not hearing from me and also made sure someone else checked on me, while she was out. After going to over 5 dealerships, I went back to Edison to talk pricing and options to purchase. Joe was GREAT! He listened to what I WANTED and NEEDED. He never forced anything and left all options up to me. He was transparent and walked me through the whole process of leasing a vehicle. He made sure to secure the vehicle I wanted (second to GLE due to my need for a particular payment) a GLC 300, with my PANORAMIC ROOF. Joe even went above and beyond to get me a vehicle after the one I was going to get, was over my monthly payment amount needed. He delivery was seamless and he also catered to my children (10 and 7) and spouse. I can say that I will be back to lease another vehicle once my current lease is complete!!!
