There is so much I can say about my Sales Rep Paula Gaillard. She is a very kind, efficient, patient individual. I didn’t leave the dealership feeling overwhelmed or taken advantaged of which was so awesome. Paula, followed up after I received my vehicle and even after the first year and second year, to make sure things were ok. I had some issues and she was concerned as well and able to make me feel comfortable enough to advise me that these matters would be rectified.
