Since my original Sales Representative had relocated, it was the first time I was working with someone new and admittedly a bit hesitant. However, after working quite a bit with Paula Gaillard, it turned out to be a very good and comfortable experience. We went back and forth quite a bit and she was very patient, responsive and did not put any pressure on the sale. In fact, after making a car decision, completing the paperwork, signing everything and prepping the car for delivery and basically driving off, I returned and decided on a model change.
