Miss Peggy Martinez and Don (retired) never charge me $152 for an oil change, I forgot to tell my daughter to look for Ms Peggy for the service. She end up with Jay Parafina was charge the amount. I just $152 for an oil change, I forgot to tell my daughter to look for Ms Peggy for the service. She end up with Jay Parafina was charge the amount. I just felt that I was over charge. Although with an appointment it took almost 5 hrs to have the car done (35 cars ahead). I never had this experienced before. More

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I do wish they had brought my loaner car to the outside curb area so that I could acclimate to its settings. I drive a base model Subaru and was given a car with lots of buttons and features, which is fine— I’m not used to that and needed time to adjust without the pressure of having to move because someone was behind me. I realize I sound old as xxxx— but I’m not! I promise I’m just someone who thinks it’s unnecessary to have like 5 buttons on a rear view mirror. 🤗 More

So my battery has failed 4xs this past year on a new Forester I purchased on Feb 2023. Have to have a service tech come out each time to restart it. Nice guys but takes an average of 60-90mnts to get to Forester I purchased on Feb 2023. Have to have a service tech come out each time to restart it. Nice guys but takes an average of 60-90mnts to get to me and makes me late to work or an appointment or stuck in a public parking lot. Albany Subaru has not offered to change this battery even though it's been an issue and I predict will continue to be an issue. More

I got called earlier than I was told it would be ready (which I think is a good thing; just had cut my walk around town a bit the following morning.
