Great personal care and service I took my 2016 Ford F150 in for service on my navigational system and other warranty work. I was greeted and cared for by Johnny Constancio. Even th I took my 2016 Ford F150 in for service on my navigational system and other warranty work. I was greeted and cared for by Johnny Constancio. Even though I know he was very busy he treated me like I was his only customer from start to finish. He kept me informed of what had to be done and when the truck would be finished. He even ran it through the car wash before I came to pick it up. I am extremely pleased with this kind of service and with Johnny C. I hope he stays at Bill Utter for a long time and is rewarded for his excellent customer care. As a side note--I purchased the Ford Care Warranty when I bought my truck. It was well worth it because it covered the cost of my navigational system repair which I was told would have cost about $1500. Job well done! Thanks. And thanks to Perry Eggelston for leading a well trained team. More
