Even though I know he was very busy he treated me like I was his only customer from start to finish. He kept me informed of what had to be done and when the truck would be finished. He even ran it through the car wash before I came to pick it up. I am extremely pleased with this kind of service and with Johnny C. I hope he stays at Bill Utter for a long time and is rewarded for his excellent customer care. As a side note--I purchased the Ford Care Warranty when I bought my truck. It was well worth it because it covered the cost of my navigational system repair which I was told would have cost about $1500. Job well done! Thanks. And thanks to Perry Eggelston for leading a well trained team. More

I took my tire in because of a slow leaked. Young man could not find one and replaced the valve stem for $20.00. I left and immediately had slow leak. Returned a couple days later after not driving car could not find one and replaced the valve stem for $20.00. I left and immediately had slow leak. Returned a couple days later after not driving car and I ended up replacing tire because a nail was in side wall. Wasted $20 on a bad diagnosis, and was quoted the most expensive tire which was a ridiculous suggestion since only one tire was being replaced. All round displeased in every level with recent service. More
