Broke parts on my truck and asked me to pay for them I tried to change my own spark plugs. I realized it was going to be difficult when I couldn't do it and I actually damaged a clip when trying to do th I tried to change my own spark plugs. I brought the truck to the dealership to avoid damaging anything else and have the work done by a trained professional. Then, the person that worked on my truck broke two parts and the representative from service told me I would have to pay for the parts that the trained professional broke. More
