My wife (mechanic by blood) questioned a replacement of rotors because the service ticket said that they machined them (which is not what we paid for). Well this is MY DAUGHTERS car and Petey got called up to deal with my irate wife because he would not sacrifice $35 for assistance with a clearly visible nail in the tire that the rotor replacement and inspection should have caught. My vehicle was completed by mid morning and I received a call letting me know my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up. The only set back was that I thought my vehicle might have been run through the wash but it wasn’t. The staff was super helpful when picking up my vehicle. The valet lady was super helpful in getting me with an advisor and he took great care of me. Great experience at this dealership. More
