Crown Hyundai will not repair a used car that is still under warranty because they say the previous owner had the 02 sensor replace with an aftermarket one, while under warranty!! Wants to charge 500 to replace the 02 sensor after less than 2 weeks of ownership. Dirty disgusting xxxxbags hung up on my daughter in law after telling her she should have bought a new car. Avoid!! Shady. More

Great car buying experience! I have purchased many new cars over my lifetime and the buying experience my wife and I had yesterday ranks at the top. Ryan and Ben were fantastic! N I have purchased many new cars over my lifetime and the buying experience my wife and I had yesterday ranks at the top. Ryan and Ben were fantastic! Never once did we feel pressured and we got the deal we wanted. We were also impressed with Mark Bowen who went the extra mile to get us the very best financing arrangement. This was not the same high pressure experience we encountered at this dealer a few years back. If you are looking to buy a car you owe it to yourself to check this dealer and their customer centric sales approach before making a final decision. Even if you don't buy you will see how cars should be sold and how a dealer should treat a customer as they move through the decision making process. Very refreshing! More

He was very informative and provided me the information I needed to get the Tuscon which is perfect for all my needs. Glen made sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted with the features I desired and made sure it was an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Crown Hyundai!!! Now if only their vehicles would come in PINK! More

Hyundai Sonata Hybrid ETA: Brian called today to try to offer a solution. While it wasn’t a solution we could use, I appreciate the effort. Casey called and offered another solution that still wasn’t really workable for us. We requested to know what the numbers would like like to upgrade to a model that included satellite radio. Casey quickly came up when the numbers and emailed them. They were super reasonable. We are very happy with the outcome in this situation. While it might not have started out right, they worked to make things right. That is the very definition of good customer service!!! We purchased a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid on Sunday March 31. We went to look at that vehicle and a New 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport. They claimed to not be able to locate the sport, but it was still showing available on their website a day or so ago. Our salesman said the vehicle was equipped with satellite radio, when asked. There is also a window decal sticker that says it is equipped with satellite radio. There is NO satellite radio in the vehicle. We called to question this and spoke with Pete. He said he would look into it and call back. He did in a very timely manner. He then did more research and called again. This time, the conversation ended with him saying he would have the general manager call us back the following day to tell us the price difference to switch out our vehicle for one that has what they claimed the one we bought had. It has now been over 48 hours. I did have a missed called today with no message telling me who to call back. My husband called and was transferred to Pete's line where he left a message. We did not get a call back. I would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. I wish I had read the reviews first because it appears they regularly mislead people. More
