My experience yesterday at Crown Hyundai of St. Petersburg was literally a delightfully fun experience from start to finish as I worked with them to complete a trade of vehicles. I walked in and immediately felt at ease in their pressure free environment. Everyone I encountered was personable and helpful. My sales and leasing associate, Jody Lindsey, was knowledgeable and friendly. I came prepared to see specific vehicles, and he showed me all of the ones of interest and managed to locate the one I would eventually purchase/trade. He was patient throughout the process and I never felt pressured in any way. The finance manager, Tim Lavoie, made me feel comfortable and at ease (which is definitely helpful when dealing with the bottom line) by keeping the conversation light, funny, and personable…like a good friend makes you feel. If you are in the market for a new, or new to you car, consider starting your journey at Crown Hyundai…it’s pressure-free in a warm, friendly environment where you immediately feel the employees enjoy their work of helping you find your new vehicle. Ask for Jody and Tim, you’ll be thankful you did. More
