Yet another incredible experience with the Currie Family For the fourth time in three years and the second time in only 6 weeks, Currie did it again! My wife has a 2013 Ford Explorer from Currie that she ab For the fourth time in three years and the second time in only 6 weeks, Currie did it again! My wife has a 2013 Ford Explorer from Currie that she absolutely LOVES - as in, she will probably never drive another car again. (And for someone who is NOT at all into cars, that is saying a lot) We were not necessarily in the market for a new car but were looking to see if we could drop our payment a bit (we had traded in a year old minivan when we got the Explore and took a huge bath on the trade) so when I took it in for service yesterday, I talked to Adam Sheban whom I had dealt with on my purchase of a 2015 Edge a few weeks earlier. My prior salesman, Dred Arrington was not in, so Adam had me talk to Pete Porzio - the guy who sold Jimmy Fallon his F150 truck on the Tonight Show :). I explained our situation and was clear that we were only interested in LOWERING our payment and if that was not possible then, we'd just keep the Explorer. (It has been an incredible car as far as durability and quality - it had 50,000 miles in just under three years and needed nothing more than oil changes in that time) Pete took the time to listen and felt pretty sure he could do it, but there was no pressure. He ran some preliminary numbers with Adam and came back with a potential option, It was a 2016 Explorer with MORE options than what we had on our 2013 including the GORGEOUS panoramic roof. I am not an easy customer and my wife is even tougher to please. When it was all said and done we had a NEW car with MORE options and a payment $100 lower than on the 2013. The key was the special Ford financing promo but regardless, Adam Sheban, Pete Porzio, Dred Arrington (who came in later that morning) and Joe Easterhouse got it done again! It sounds cliche but these guys really do treat us like family. Sure, buying four cars there in three years doesn't hurt but I also pay attention to the other sales going on and they treat everyone with courtesy, professionalism and respect. There is no "hard sell" and a lot less of the back and forth that you see at other dealers trying to haggle price. We drive from Orland Park to Frankfort - a little out of the way when we have a Ford Dealer less than a mile away but these guys are worth the drive! More

Pete makes the usually stressful time of buying a new car a pleasurable experience and has you driving off the lot satisfied with your purchase. Pete is always more than willing to follow up with me about my vehicles and offers to help me in any way possible with any issues that arise with my vehicles. Pete has a life long customer out of me. On top of Pete being my go-to-guy when it comes to cars, the rest of the staff makes you feel at home when in the dealership. I bought a used truck and numerous staff came up to me talking about it and congratulated me. The staff here really are nice people to do business with. More

We had Pete as our Salesman when we bought our 2013 Escape and as then he was very helpful, Even though Matt was relatively new he was knowledgeable, with help and guidance from Pete. We forgot some item in the trade in vehicle and when we called Matt, he retrieved the item without hesitation and kept it until we came in. We wanted to swap Tires/Rims from trade In Mustang to the one we Bought and Ali and Roberto made it happen,not a " no we can't, it's not possible " They were all very nice to talk to and to do business with. The sale itself was smooth and efficient with Ken. We didn't get a hard sell for any ups or extras. It was already dark out, and my mom didn't want to drive the new car at night, Pete was nice enough to follow us to her house along with another employee who drive the car. My mom was involved in an accident that wasn't her fault and that totaled a vehicle she really liked, so she was not a happy camper. Other than wishing she could have gotten a few more bucks knocked off the car, she liked Pete and his demeanor and that helped to get the deal done. More
